Gaither Manor is set back among rolling pastures and cornfields in Carroll County, Maryland. The community is close to Washington (50 miles), Baltimore (25 miles), Baltimore subways and MARC trains (13 miles), and the Washington Metro (24 miles).
Sykesville is a quiet place for country living: fresh air, old trees shading country roads, and a slower pace without giving up access to work and city amenities.
Family-run for two generations
Gaither Manor has been run by the Schneider family for two generations. The commitment to old-fashioned value and service is why monthly rent is considerably less than many apartment communities in the area — and why tenants are treated like family.
